From running his first high-volume kitchen at age 19 to operating some of the country’s best-known restaurants, including 11 years as EVP of operations at The Cheesecake Factory where he opened more than 100 restaurants across the U.S., Mike V brings his hands-on approach, decades of experience, and unique vision to every hospitality brand he touches.

Mike V grew up in Northern California and has lived in New Orleans, LA and Austin, TX before settling in Washington, DC. He and his family love to travel and experience the sites, music, arts, theater, amusements, and of course all kinds of food, along the way.
