The Client. InterContinental Hotels & Resorts Group (IHG) defines their collection as the world’s first international luxury hotel brand. Pioneering travel across the globe for over 70 years, they provide guests with remarkable, global hospitality experiences.
The Case Study. Our hospitality consulting team knew the IHG brand of hotel brands well. When approached to help launch their new EVEN Hotels wellness concept brand of F&B offerings, we were excited to dig in. In addition to concept development of the EVEN Hotels brand of food & beverage operations and offerings, we were also tasked with crafting their full food service model and management structure, systems and all, to satisfy the demands of the ‘healthy minded’ EVEN Hotels traveler.
The Result. After collaborating each step of the way with the IHG team, including close interaction with the CEO, we produced a product to fit their every need. The fresh menu concepts, food service, conceptual model, tracking model and menu management system (to keep labor costs down), as well as our work planning, designing, and building a working test kitchen, has helped the EVEN Hotels brand capture recognition for their innovative brand, generating interest in this IHG franchise.
