The Client. Farmers Fishers Bakers is a restaurant concept, owned and operated by North Dakota Farmers Union (NDFU) and Farmers Restaurant Group. A sibling restaurant to Founding Farmers, Farmers Fishers Bakers is a farmer-owned concept located on the beautiful banks of the Georgetown Waterfront in Washington, D.C. Offering everything from tableside guacamole and mussel pots to fried chicken and jambalayas to hand-rolled sushi, pizza, and delicious desserts, they also have a bar program that is one of the best in the business.
The Case Study. So, what did this brand need? Having worked with this group before, we were thrilled when they came calling once again for us to build upon their business. Our F&B consultants went in and built Farmers Fishers Bakers from the ground up. We’ve been there since day one, from branding this restaurant to set it apart from its Founding Farmers sibling to operations to securing management teams to culinary landscape to construction to design to execution to opening and beyond.
The Result. We remain on tap to provide ongoing support to this award-winning brand within the culinary direction, menu development, operational, inventory, and forecasting systems we implemented, as well as bar & beverage programs, and staffing/training parameters we first introduced.
