The Case Study. Cambria Suites was in need of a full F&B program development and implementation program. Our hospitality consulting team went in prepared with a playbook to develop and design menus and recipes, brand-related service systems, and support and systems for kitchen procedures, and food and beverage operations of Cambria Suites.

The Result. Our transformation of the Cambria Suites F&B operation included such innovations as, a varied, enticing menu, featuring chef-crafted sandwiches, salads, organic soups, and specialized, chef-selected buffet menus; as well as a full-service bar & beverage program highlighted by a signature Wolfgang Puck barista bar. Our team’s playbook was run by our operators throughout each opening to ensure success.
