In our efforts as restaurant consultants to assist clients in implementing their vision for the business of operating a thriving restaurant, we’re always thrilled to celebrate their ongoing accomplishments.
One such success story, Drift on 7th – a local, Washington, D.C. client we’ve guided in reworking their concept, menu, interior décor, and layout – is getting lots of local buzz lately.
Recent coups include Drift being named one of DC’s 11 New Restaurants You Should Try Right Now and a great feature write up in The Washington Post touting their commitment to deliciously enticing, sustainable fish dishes (such as Maine lobster roll, fish ‘n chips, and their hugely popular Tots ‘n’ Tentacles dish) salads, sides, as well as their welcoming atmosphere, bar area + varied bar offerings.
Working with Drift’s Chef-Owner, Ferhat Yalçin, and his team in order to bring his simply fresh philosophy to fruition, was an exciting, collaborative experience for us. From helping to determine the new concept direction to working through operational hurdles to positioning the new brand for a reopening, we were happy to work together to achieve Drift of 7th’soverall goal of successfully satisfying guest’s fresh fish cravings everyday.
