Anyone who has worked with us knows that we consider our clients family. And we’re happy to welcome a new sister into the fold… Introducing Founding Farmers Tysons (FFT).
As the concept creation, development and consulting firm for client Farmers Restaurant Group since the first Founding Farmers farm to table concept opened its doors in Washington, D.C. in 2008, we’ve had a front seat on the road to the true food & drink revolution.
Taking the Founding Farmers concept to the growing metropolis of Tysons, VA (aka “America’s Next Great City”) is a challenge our client was willing to face. We believe that with a tried and true concept, a brand can (and should) strive to grow, at the right pace.
So, business plans were drawn, restaurant industry professionals were hired (such as the extraordinary design team from GrizForm Design Architects who were tasked with bringing to life the VSAG vision in a modern Virginia farmhouse feel), and food & beverage menus were created to reflect the Founding Farmers’ brand of favorite freshly prepared dishes and scratch made beverages, and also to feature direct-from-Virginia food products like artisanal honey glazed hams and house-churned butters, as well as beverage offerings such as Virginia-only brewed beers, an innovative, cold-pressed juice bar, and more.
“This is our best work yet – but it’s not the next chapter of the Farmers Restaurant Group story, it’s the next book,” said VSAG’s Dan Simons. “When you look around at the billions of development dollars going up in Tysons and the Metro Silver line just a block from the FFT doors, we know it’s the right place and the right time. Tysons is ready for the Founding Farmers version of dining and we’re thrilled to guide our client in opening here.”
