Success comes in many shapes and sizes. In the hospitality industry, it means serving the best food and drink you can, in a welcoming space guests want to revisit, and fostering positive relationships… one guest, purveyor, and team member at a time.
This may be a tall order, but for our Dan Simons – it’s all in a day’s work.
Speaking recently to TechGuruDaily.com, Dan said, “It isn’t about turning tables quickly, which was the old model of successful restaurant management for casual, high-volume restaurants. First and foremost, it’s about providing memorable service. This means meeting the guests where they are, knowing what they want and need, and having the systems in place to provide it.”
Providing great experiences go hand in hand with fostering great relationships for Dan and his teams at VSAG and Farmers Restaurant Group (FRG), where Dan is co-owner. In a recent article on Influencive.com, Dan revealed some of the secrets to FRG’s brand of farmer-owned success and the importance building relationships plays. “There are your relationships with your guests… relationships with your suppliers… relationships with your team, helping them be the best they can be… and, relationships with your investors; building restaurants that make them proud.”
On the heels of opening a new restaurant, the first outside the DC metro area for Dan and his FRG team, Founding Farmers King of Prussia will once again put their brand of farmer-owned experience on display as Founding Farmers King of Prussia is set to open in the King of Prussia (PA) Town Center on November 1.
