As food & beverage consultants, we have the opportunity to work with some of the top creative partners, designers, and developers in the industry.

One project we have been excited to be part of is the development of Unity Plaza in Jacksonville, Fla. We have worked closely with the Unity Plaza development team at NAI Hallmark Partners to help find a restaurant concept to fit within Unity Plaza’s dynamic, innovative community featuring residential and retail space, a state-of-the-art performing arts amphitheater, as well as beautiful gardens and play + gathering areas for residents and visitors to enjoy.

In order to best determine the right restaurant partnership to pursue for this project, we immersed ourselves into Jacksonville: from its residents and visitors lifestyle demographics to their dining habits and the area’s culinary trends.

We are thrilled to have found a great fit and to be working with the team at Candy Apple Café & Cocktails to develop a restaurant to embody their brand and the Unity Plaza aesthetic and lifestyle.

With the restaurant’s concept, design, and menus underway, all involved are hoping to welcome Unity Plaza diners for a proposed Labor Day 2015 opening.
