Riva first brought her communications and hospitality marketing background to VSAG when she began with our Marketing team in 2012.
In her roles as marketing coordinator for our client, Farmers Restaurant Group (FRG), and later as FRG’s marketing manager, she gained firsthand knowledge and experience in all things restaurant & hospitality marketing: from public relations and social media management to branding and internal communications to events management, restaurant openings, and more.
Riva has since returned to her home state of California, but continues to work with us as concept development consultant. Practical experience such as developing F&B and market retail programs for an international hotel client in order to build their new, mid-scale hotel brand and creating research and analytical reports for clients seeking to understand industry and local markets, combined with Riva’s passion for food and brand development, make her an invaluable member of our team.
