Jun Kyu Kwang Chung
Jun’s passion for F&B has guided his career through multiple countries and a variety of professional experiences. Working and living in Seoul, Korea, Jun developed a thorough knowledge of how business works throughout the Asian corridor. With his international education and degrees from the Swiss Hotel Management School and Bristol University, Jun is adept at cross-cultural communication and highly adaptable to different working environments.
After graduating from the Swiss Hotel Management School, Jun began his career working in development at MGM Resorts and on projects including the Bellagio and Beau Rivage Hotels and Casinos. After returning to Korea, Jun gained his corporate restaurant experience working for Sun At Food’s Mad for Garlic restaurant chain, helping to develop restaurants throughout Asia.
With Boston Consulting Group International Jun applied his operational experience to projects involving corporate strategy, business processes, and retail strategy for hotels, restaurants, and retail stores. As a senior manager at SK Networks, Jun’s consultative specialties included creating restaurant concepts, developing corporate strategy, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and feasibility analysis.
