Our training programs are split into several categories, including front-of-house staff, kitchen staff and management. While many consultants are copying the systems created in a TGI Friday's training manual 20 years ago, VSAG utilizes our own proprietary systems that reflect our ongoing knowledge and experience. Our material is never stuck in time — it evolves as it should, and our current tactics and process includes tried-and-true methods. We embrace newly pioneered methods that result in breakthrough performance and lower costs, and we incorporate the use of current technology, such as iPod-based training and distance learning. We are never distracted by the technology itself but stay focused on the goal of truly developing the skills of the whole team.
