We thought we’d end the year on a tasty note to move us into the New Year.
Our inspiration? Bacon.
Turns out we’re not the only bacon lovers out there. The much loved, savory, deliciousness of bacon even has its own annual day of celebration. Yup, December 30th is National Bacon Day!
For us, the best bacon recipes are filled with flavor, but the star of this show is the distinctly crisp, salty, and savory strip of bacon. We love it all. From bacon appetizers like blue cheese bacon dates and glazed bacon lollies, to lunch and dinner selections that: crumble bacon on savory salads and fresh baked pizzas; layer bacon on burgers, sandwiches, and paninis; feature bacon in everything from breakfast-inspired poached egg hashes to late night, hearty winter stews.
