And for our team of food & beverage consultants, today is one of those great days – as we witness our client, Farmers Restaurant Group, open the third installment in their highly successful Founding Farmers brand of restaurants.

Located in Tysons, VA, Founding Farmers Tysons pays homage to rustic life on a Virginia farm while offering guests all the modern amenities, engaging and whimsical spatial design, and delicious, fresh-from-the-farm food they’ve grown to love from the Founding Farmers franchise.

As the conceptual team and partners behind the Founding Farmers brand, all of the restaurants are a labor of love. But with this latest installment we’ve grown as a team and strived to push the innovation and ingenuity envelope in order to inspire and amaze guests … from the in-house butcher’s studio and juice cleanse program/cold pressed juice bar to churning butter in-house to the ‘micro-climate’ areas created to transport guests to individual spaces found in a traditional Virginia farmhouse.

But perhaps the most near and dear to our hearts are the cute critters and whimsical designs that “live” within the space. These specially created, adorable design elements, such as a baby black bear, a 5’ fuchsia duck, and glowing gold in-laid eggs, have become part of the Founding Farmers Tysons family.

Working closely with the amazingly talented design and artistry team at SIGN IT Signs & Design, they were able to bring the concepts to life. For example, below are images demonstrating the creative process of the Founding Farmers Tysons incredibly adorable baby black bear. Inspired by the baby black bears found in remote areas along the commonwealth of Virginia, the FFT baby black bear sits up on his hind legs, with his nose in the air so he’s able to take in all the delicious aromas of the restaurant.

We hope as guests dine within the Founding Farmers Tysons restaurant space, they not only love the food, the design, and the atmosphere we’ve worked so hard to bring to fruition … but they are as charmed by our family of critters as we are!
