Building a Strong Brand Through The Eyes of The Farmer
North Dakota Farmers Union (NDFU), our partner in the highly successful Founding Farmers restaurants, sought to open a concept in a waterfront space at The Washington Harbour in Washington, D.C.
Based on our past performance and understanding of the concept, NDFU brought on our top food & beverage operations and management teams to oversee the development and execution of Farmers Fishers Bakers from the ground up.
Our team worked closely with NDFU to develop the concept “Through The Eyes of The Farmer.” We provided project management for the design and construction of the restaurant in keeping with sustainable standards, including the innovative, onsite bakery which was designed, built, and is managed by our expert bakers and pastry team.
We were also responsible for the culinary direction, menu development, implementation of operational, inventory, and forecasting systems, bar & beverage programs, and conducted staff hiring and training. All in an effort to give the Farmers Fishers Bakers team the tools to continue as the successful venture it is today.
