Our Training programs are split into several categories, including: front of the house staff, kitchen staff, and management. While many consultants are cutting/pasting the systems copied from a TGI Friday's training manual 20 years ago, VSAG utilizes our own proprietary systems that reflect our ongoing knowledge and experience. Our material is never stuck in time, it evolves as it should, and our current tactics and process includes tried and true methods. We embrace newly pioneered methods that result in break-through performance and lower costs, and we incorporate contemporary use of technology such as iPod-based training and distance learning. These methods occur while never allowing us to be distracted by the technology itself, but by staying focused on the goal of truly developing the skills of the whole team.
