Fee Structures

The first step is to engage VSAG for an assessment and working session to ensure that an accurate proposal is created and to give each client an exposure to the caliber and methodologies of the VSAG team.

Each project proposal includes a scope of work and a fee structure, both of which are determined by your unique requirements. We will work with you to determine the best approach and the best structure for your project, such as:

  • Not-to-Exceed Project Fee
  • Time and Materials Fee
  • Minimal Fee / Back-end Percentage (aka Skin in the Game structure)
  • Percentage of Project Budget Fee
  • Buffet of Services with Fees
  • Percentage of Sales (for Management Contracts) Fee
