William Boren: Director of Technology

Director of Technology William Boren brings to VSAG expertise in all suites of information technology, including business development, system integration, business process reengineering, technology consulting, and mobility management, among others.

An enterprise solutions senior technologist and entrepreneur, William built a career path in corporate information technology, assisting in development and maintenance for several hotel and restaurant clients along the way. William has assisted on information technology research and development prototype applications for TGI Fridays, Brinker International, Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, la Madeleine, and Hilton hotels.

A major project in his restaurant portfolio, William assisted in a $1.2 million full product life cycle point-of-sale system for Chili’s, Macaroni Grill, Maggiano’s, Corner Bakery and eatZi’s. During his work on the system, William focused on offshore application development, prototype design, product management, and implementation and support systems, as well as coordinated franchise operations support for food cost management systems and product sales systems. What’s more, William is a Global IT Advisory Board-recognized specialist on enterprise mobility management, mobile Internet technologies, business process outsourcing and IT cost-reduction.
